JOSCO seeks to set a trend through our business practices and ethics. We aim to develop Jordanian talent and capability in the oil shale field. We achieve this by working with local contractors and suppliers and by providing necessary trainings for local employees. In just 4 years of operations, JOSCO has trained and created job opportunities for many individuals of which 95 percent are Jordanians from all over the Kingdom. Significant portion of goods and services are procured locally and all of JOSCO's state of the art assets and equipment are run by Jordanian Crew.
Furthermore, JOSCO has a dedicated community liaison officer who constantly engages with local governmental agencies, local communities, civil society, research bodies, universities and other stakeholders in order to build constructive, collaborative and enduring relationships. JOSCO is always eager to identify areas of possible future cooperation.
